As always, no experience is ever necessary for our art classes. Sign up today and try this new, painterly technique. We have a new art class - Abstract Art Experience with Jessie from Flint Ridge. Participants of all levels are encouraged to get fit and improve their coordination and balance with favorite tunes and friends. Some of the exercises are done in a chair. Have you tried our Cardio-Strength Class? This class combines activities using strength training, resistance bands for toning, and small balls for stretch and coordination. If you are not crafty but want to help keep the homeless in Licking County dry, please join our “Mats for the Homeless” Group, where there’s a task for every one no matter their talents.
